Account Coordinator

Overview:
The Account Coordinator is a professional that communicates directly with existing and prospective customers to provide excellent service. They are excited and committed to driving customer satisfaction, retention, and success. This includes working with our Account Supervisor to create estimates, client reports, and answer questions.

Successful Account coordinators are proactive, positive, and passionate about delivering the most value possible for clients. They are skilled in verbal and written communication, excellent presentation, customer service, time management, and computer skills.

Responsibilities:
· Work closely with clients and leads as well as our Account Supervisor to determine needs
· Stay current on company products/services, industry solutions, and market trends
· Timely, regular, and professional written and verbal communication with clients
· Process customer orders, understand requirements, and coordinate internal resources
· Create and deliver campaign estimates and tracking reports
· Support Account Supervisor and other duties as assigned
· Market research and support marketing, sales, and new business initiatives

Skills:
· Sales, Marketing, or Account Management experience
· Exceptional presentation and verbal/written communication skills
· Proactive attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction
· Ability to quickly identify and understand business and information requirements
· Organization of resources and schedules
· Intermediate knowledge of Internet technologies
· Expert knowledge of Excel and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software
· Knowledge of popular online, email, and social media apps/sites
